Zombie Virus Mutations
Run for the hills Hansen clan (& affiliates)!! It appears that our family is being over taken by some mutated strand of the zombie virus that is turning us slowly into dumbfounded, obsessed, insatiable Star Wars fans! You saw Parker foaming at the mouth (evidence that he is patient zero), but now he thinks he is a storm trooper. I personally believe I have been affected (although it appears to be a slow moving strain as I have been scrathing at my throat for a week now). While showing no specific symptoms, Feel strange I do. Pops on the other hand is far gone. He has been witnessed (on more than one occassion) ordering happy meals for the sole purpose of collecting Star Wars toys.

Solanum: the Zombie Virus
From "The Zombie Survival Guide":
"No matter what the human (or undead) situation, the animal kingdom will go through it's own metamorphosis. Any creatures unable to escape will be devoured by the living dead... It is difficult to say what forms of wildlife will inherit the earth. What can be said is that an undead world will have as much, if not a greater, impact on the global ecosystem as the last ice age."

Contract Labor (reprise)
Last night Stacey showed her jewelry at the arts, eat & meet in Fondren. It is a real stressful experience for us at each show, but most of all for Stacey. For Parker, It is also an opportunity to display his artistic vision. His fierce loyalty, and a little bit (maybe a bit too much) pride. As he helped her set up he said (while gazing lovingly on his own handiwork), "we have the best table here."

Sleepy Head(s)
Parker attended general conference with me last saturday and, remarkably sat so still that he fell asleep at one point (the alergy medication may have something to do with that). Even more remarkable was his great understanding of all the speakers. I think he understood more than I did (not the best sign for my own understanding, and admitedly, there are no photographs to show whether or not I slept at all).
